US HWY 160 & Alpha Dr., Pagosa Springs, CO
91,828 sq. ft. Walmart Supercenter. This project entailed ground-up construction with all site and offsite work; including extensive wetlands and mitigation scope. Alpha Drive and Highway 160 were expanded to streamline traffic flow. It also features high-end stone veneer and timber wood accents.
